These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Cody (also referred to as HeyCody, "Cody," "we," "us," or "our"), a service operated by Easy Ventures LLC, Suite R, 8th The Green, Dover, Delaware, USA 19901. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Use of Service
You may use Cody only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. You are responsible for your workspace, account credentials, and any content submitted through the service.
Accounts and Integrations
Cody may connect to third-party services, including Google, Slack, and Microsoft Teams, based on permissions you grant. Installing Cody in Microsoft Teams requires appropriate authorization from your organization (for example, a Teams administrator) and grants Cody access to the channels and chats where it is added. You can revoke integration permissions at any time through the third-party provider or your Cody account settings, including by removing the Cody app from Microsoft Teams.
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
Data and Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using Cody, you agree to those practices.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Cody to violate laws, infringe rights, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with service reliability or security.
AI-Generated Content
Cody generates responses using artificial intelligence. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a given purpose and does not constitute professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on or acting on it.
Termination
You may stop using Cody at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these Terms or where necessary to protect the service and users.
Disclaimer and Liability
Cody is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cody disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted with a revised effective date.
